Digital materials and commenced services
Because access to proprietary digital materials and reserved mentorship capacity may begin promptly, fees may become non-refundable once access is delivered or services have commenced, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Cancellation requests
Submit cancellation or rescheduling requests as early as possible through the contact method provided with your booking. Missed calls and late cancellations may not be refundable or replaceable.
Eligibility and processing
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider. Refunds are not based solely on outcomes, which cannot be guaranteed.
Consumer rights
