Client responsibilities

Intellectual property
Site and program materials are owned by or licensed to Mentorship with Nikodem. They may be used personally but may not be copied, distributed, sold, recorded, or republished without written permission.
Availability and liability
Services and site content are provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing terms
